3. Intellectual Property

All content included on our platforms, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Revelic Space or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content is the exclusive property of Revelic Space. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents without our express written consent.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to access or use the services for any purpose other than intended. Prohibited actions include:

• Defrauding, tricking, or misleading us or other users.

Our total liability to you will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid by you to us or zero.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and defined following the laws of Colombia. You and Revelic Space irrevocably consent that the courts of Colombia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal negotiations for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be finalized by binding arbitration in accordance with UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
